Beautiful late 1980’s early 1990’s After-Five Inc. for Neiman Marcus Black velvet and silver glitter swirl pattern party dress with cross cross back straps and high neck.  Back straps can be changed around and have hook and eye closures as does the high neck closure.  Has a slit up

the back in swirl.  Tags say size 10, made in the United States.
