Vintage 1980’s Purple Blue Velvet Short Party Dress

Beautiful indigo purple blue velvet short mini dress.  Short sleeve off the shoulder with a faux boat style neckline and boning in the sleeve and bust.  Back has a zipper closure that is hidden.   Has a small slit in the back center. Fully lined on the inside.  Label is “Nightway” / “Made in USA” / Size 4.
