Vintage 1960’s Blue, Pink, Orange, Yellow & White Arrow Pattern Shift Dress

Gorgeous designer Karen Steven’s bright blue short poof sleeve dress.  Neon pink, orange, yellow & white arrow pattern and white polka dots.  Has a really adorable double breasted covered button waist design.  Has a zipper and hook and eye closure at the back of the dress.  Size 6.  Made of 100% Rayon in the Philippines.
