Beautiful mother of pearl and onyx carved oval 20mm x 15mm cameo cabochon bezel set in sterling silver openwork flourishing bezel setting encrusted with faceted round marcasite stones pendant with a convertible brooch back.  Stamped 925 and makers mark on back of brooch/pendant.

19” serpentine fine stamped “925 Sterling” chain with spring ring closure.
