Antique Victorian Faceted Quartz Gemstone Briolette Teardrop & Brass Sawblade Festoon Necklace

This is a very unique Victorian festoon style necklace. Faceted rock quartz gemstone crystals are shaped into briolette drop stones strung on a gilt gold filled brass chain with what I am calling "sawblades” which are saw-blade shaped brass charms inter-dispersed between the quartz briolettes. There are also bi-cone cut quartz crystal gemstone beads in between as well as throughout the brass chain with the original oval filigree clasp that is a box style clasp. One of the earliest forms of box clasp, the filigree housing has pressure wire closure inside, and is secure.  In excellent shape with no damage or condition issues of note.  

Briolettes: 20mm long by 12mm wide. 

Bi-cones: 6mm
