Gorgeous vintage 1990’s black rose pattern burnout velvet short black dress with convertible shoulders.  Ruffled boat neck, and zipper up the entire back.   Tag says size 10 but it seems smaller to me more like a 6/8.  Tage brand says Walis.   Perfect condition!
