Gorgeous 1980’s strong shoulder copper metallic peplum blouse with a black velvet bow on the front and a keyhole back with black velvet buttons.  In amazing condition with no issues.  Has removable shoulder pads.  Tag label is “Rumors”  Size 7/8 Made in USA.
