Super fun and retro vintage 1960’s short skirt.  Light turquoise blue check plaid pattern with little white polka dots.  Front has two large double pleats, back has white external button and clear internal double button and blue zipper closure.  Tag designer says “Alex Coleman California”.  No damage or condition issues.
