Gorgeous 1910-1920 Art Nouveau Czechoslovakian brass filigree Neiger Brothers necklace.  Bezel set turquoise blue Czech Hubble art glass cabochon.  Set in a brass stamped and embossed multi layer setting pendant with a beautiful and detailed filigree and floral designs.  Further embellished with original sky blue enamel on leaf and flower raised details.  Interesting brass chain with floral embossed brass box clasp.
