Antique Sterling Silver Fork Albee Love Bracelet

This is a hall marked with 830S a goblet NM and 407. I have not researched the hallmark. I purchased this antique Sterling fork in Norway from a purveyor of collectible silverware in Bergen. I have formed and domed it into a cuff bracelet and engraved it with the Edward Albee quote "What a wangled teb we weave" and the word LOVE.
