Super fun vintage 1980’s turquoise satin short party dress.  Lace overlay strapless bodice with a drop waist and a waist sash with a huge satin bow in the front and poofy satin short bubble skirt.  Has a zipper closure up the back.  Label is “Nite Scarlett” size “3/4” and “Made in the USA” with a “ILGWU” (International Ladies Garment Workers Union) tag.
