Vintage Betsy Johnson Green Teal Velvet Dress

Beautiful vintage 1990’s teal green velvet Betsy Johnson Dress.  Tag size is Small.  Has an elastic back panel and fabric has a lot of stretch to it.  Bottom has a flare our hem below a pre-hem seam. No damage, in perfect condition.
