Vintage 80’s-90’s Heather & Rainbow Stripe A-line dress

Beautiful vintage early 1900’s late 1980’s grayish blue heather and rainbow striped dress with off enter button up front, elastic waistband and a puffed above the elbow length sleeve with button detail.  No designers name on tag, size 9.  Cotton blend.
