Vintage 1990’s Maroon Red Stretch Velvet Ruched Long Dress

This is a gorgeous vintage 1990’s maroon red stretch velvet spaghetti strap long dress with a very high slit over the left leg.  The velvet has a lot of stretch in it and would hug curves perfectly.  Has beautiful vertical ruching on the left side below the waist seam down to just above the slip.  Has a zipper in the center back as well as a hook and eye closure.  One of the most beautiful dresses I’ve seen on.  Name on tag is Windsor but has no size information.  No damage or condition issues, like new.
