Vintage 1980’s Black Velvet & White Fluffy Bow Skirt Formal Long Sleeve Dress

Beautiful vintage 1980’s black and white formal dress.  Bodice is black velvet and long sleeved with a tight wrist that snaps shut to be tight on wrist and a V cut drop waist.  Skirt is a white, see through fine tulle over white satin.  It’s multi layer, fluffy, flouncy, full skirt with a white satin bow at the center of the back just below the hidden zipper and hook and eye closure.   Low cut V back, and high front neckline.  Shoulders have a ruffled pleat and a stiff tulle underneath to give the shoulder a little poof.  No designer label found but there is a ILGWU union made tag and a dry clean only/Made in the USA tag. No stains or damage or condition issues at all.  Like new condition.
