Vintage 1980’s Black Velvet Silver Glitter Pattern Coat / Button Up Blouse

Beautiful 1980’s vintage outerwear.  Black velvet with dots of silver glitter forming a unique pattern.  4 crystal buttons up the front with a V-neckline.  Shoulder pads inside giving a strong shoulder.  Bottom hemline mimics V neck.  Black piping along all edges including wrists and neckline as well as hemline. Tag reads Riki Lang for NUIT.  Size 12.
