Vintage 1980’s Abstract Floral Print Pleated Long Skirt / Strapless Dress

Beautiful pink, turquoise blue, grey, black & white abstract floral pattern pleated long skirt with pockets.  Side zipper and button closure.  Also can be worn as a strapless tent dress that can be belted or not.  Has a partly elastic stretch waist.  Very cute convertible vintage garment.  Designer on label is “Lady Hazan” Made in USA and size stated at 38.  Also has vintage garment makers union label.
