Vintage 1970’s Blue & Yellow Plaid Sleeveless Dress

Beautiful vintage yellow & blue plaid dress.  Unique waistline, tight on hips and billows out at the top.  Zipper and buttons up the front.  Dress is sleeveless and has small shoulder pads to give a distinct silhouette.  Pleated shoulders give geometric look.  Very billowing skirt.  Tag reads designer/maker as “Too Fashion JiaLong”  Skirt has a light yellow lining.  No damage, no holes or stains.
