Vintage 1960’s-70’s Waitress or Candy Striper Uniform Used by Universal Studios for a Movie

Super cute vintage 1960’s-1970’s “Angelica uniform group / Made in USA” cotton blend uniform for a waitress or candy striper/hospital worker.  White dress buttons up the front with red opalescent buttons, red & black collar & sleeve trim.  2 pockets on front of dress.  Label also has a Universal Studios tag, so was used for a movie at some point.  Size says 8 and has name of actor written inside which has faded and is hard to read but looks like it says: Marcia but I could be wrong.  No damage to fabric, no stains or holes.  Is missing 2 buttons but I have a suitcase full of vintage buttons and am looking for replacements.
