Vintage Sterling Silver & Turquoise Modernist Celtic Flourish Ring

Beautiful vintage modernist sterling silver and turquoise ring.  13mm by 8mm oval turquoise gemstone cabochon pressure set under a sterling silver band of flourishing Celtic S design that flows into the rest of the ring shank and band which tapers from 9mm down to 4mm.  Has a hallmark on the inside band but all I can make out is what looks like an O.
