Vintage Black Fringe Button Up Waist Hugging Blouse Shirt

This is a gorgeous vintage late 1970’s early 1980’s black all over fringe waist hugging, button up blouse top.  4 Buttons that are large and have a quilted textured look to them.  Short sleeved and very form fitting with a low V cut neckline and small shoulder pads.  Label is “Dovizia by Jane McCartney”. Bottom tag says “Made in the USA” but is torn and bottom half is missing so there is no size info.  In really great condition.  No damage or missing fringe.  Has a very thick layer fringe and amazing movement.
