Beautiful vintage 1980’s off the shoulder black velvet party dress with gold sequin detailing and ruffled sleeves.  Bodice has plastic boning, one piece of which is coming out of the seaming.  Some small loose threading on seams shown in photos and easily fixed.  Tags say designer brand is Scott McLintock size 12.
