Vintage 1980’s Kimono Style Short Dress or Boho Top

Gorgeous red, black & white cloud print short mini dress or boho top depending on height of wearer.  Elastic waist band and long tie around. Tag says KZ by Karen Zambos size XS however it is much larger than xs in my opinion.
