Endlessly adorable 1940’s brass figural kissy face blue & white polka dot enamel cartoon fish brooch.  Made in and hallmarked SPAIN on the back side of the brooch/pin.  Huge white and black eyeballs and bright red enamel puckered lips make this arts & crafts brooch the cutest brooch ever.  For those collecting digitals this is a REAL prize find!  Has a hook latching pin back and no damage to note.  Measures 23mm by 23mm.
