Stunning Art Deco rhodium plated silver filigree openwork bangle bracelet.  Embossed with flowers and leaf designs all the way around.  Faceted blue topaz crystal prong set in the center with a flourishing detail.  Hinged in the middle and closing with a hidden box clasp in good secure condition.
