Antique Victorian Black & White Art Glass Mourning Cameo Gilded Brass Locket Necklace

Exquisite Victorian mourning cameo locket necklace.  The black & white mourning cameo is 26mm long and 19mm wide and 4.5mm deep; both bezel and prong set with wide double apex prongs. Black French jet and white milk glass molded left facing female cameo makes this piece all the more special.  Set upon a shiny gold brass locket pendant with a dotted bead wire surrounding the cameo separating it from the intricately embossed brass frame design consisting of leaves and flourishing swirls inbetween a deco like geometric apex with black enamel details.  Back side of locket opens and closes securely, and has the inner brass frame piece still in tact for holding in a photo or paper or hair.  

Pendant measures 42mm long x 32mm wide x 12mm deep.  

Suspended from the original golden brass rolo chain with a secure spring ring clasp.  No damage or condition issues of note.  No hallmarks found.
