Gorgeous and rare Art Nouveau antique early plastic (celluloid? lucite?) hollow tortoise shell charm bracelet. Translucent amber, tortoise shell acorn charms that hang from a matching plastic link chain bracelet with a sterling spring ring closure. The spring ring is most likely a replacement as it is brass and not plastic like the rest of the bracelet. Acorns are a very coveted and collectible iconography from the art nouveau time period and references of Bacchus/The Green Man.
