1980’s Vintage Red Party Dress with Ruffle

Vintage 1990’s Red ruffled party dress with a stretch crepe texture, low back and short sleeves.  High boat neck and small shoulder pads.  Designed by Degré size 5/6 made in California U.S.A. Still has hanging assistance in black lace.
