1970’s Blue, Purple & Pink Stripe Floral Maxi Print Elastic Waist Dress

Gorgeous 1970’s vintage flora maxi print dress with stripes, polka dots and tulips in Deep blue, pink, purple & green.  3/4 sleeves with a bit of a poof, batwing cut and elastic around the sleeve bottoms.  Zipper in the back works perfectly, waist is elastic and has an A line flare.  Tag has brand designer Herman Marcus but no size info. Very breezy, fun and flowey with a V neckline.

neck to end of sleeve: 23.5” (batwing cut so has no shoulder seam)

arm hole/wrist opening: 8”-16” (elastic)

bust: 44”+ (batwing has more give and measured flat)

waist: 25”-38” (elastic waist)

hem: 94” (flares out  from waist)

waist to hem: 26”

shoulder to waist: 15.5”
